• Register every active/provisional wiki here with a one-sentence summary.
• Trace every stable conclusion through sources to raw.
• Append the Knowledge Base Operation Log for new sources/pages.
• Fix evidence chains before wording when lint finds orphans, duplicates, broken links, or conflicts.
• Six presentation domains aggregate views without changing series; review graduation quarterly and deprecate unmet candidates.
